Truepath Visa Australia provides services only from qualified Registered Migration Agents who are skilled and knowledgeable in migration law. We take the time to understand your situation and to consider your suitability for a visa as applied to current migration law. We use market-leading migration software to engage with clients in a user friendly and secure interface that also makes for a quick and stress-free visa application process.

Subclass 590 Student Guardian visa: for a guardian of a student visa holder (normally under 18 years of age). The visa holder cannot work. Generally, the parent of a student who is under 18 would make a combined application with their child when applying for the subclass 500 Student visa.

  • Subclass 820/801Partner visas: are applied for at the same time, and are a permanent visa pathway for a de facto or spouse partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. This is a two-step process. The 820 visa (temporary) is granted first and leads to the permanent 801 visa. These visas must be applied for in Australia.

Subclass 309/100 Partner visas: are also a pathway to permanent residency for a de facto or spouse partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen, but the applicant must be outside of Australia at the time of application. The 100 visa is permanent and is usually granted to the holder of a 309 visa.

Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage visa: for applicants who want to come to Australia to marry their prospective spouse. Applicants must be outside Australia. Once granted the holder can travel to and stay in Australia for 9 to 15 months, and if they wish to stay in Australia should apply for subclass 820/801 Partner visas.

*We can assist you with other subclasses of Family visa depending on your needs and circumstances.

  • Subclass 600 Visitor visas are separated into streams according to the travel intention of the applicant. No work allowed.

    • Business Visitor stream - for applicants who want to come to Australia for business visitor purposes but holders are not allowed to work or sell products or services. Must be outside Australia to apply. Possible to gain multiple entry visa but limited to 3 month stay per entry.

    • ‍Frequent Traveller stream - limited to applicants from certain regional countries who travel to Australia frequently for business or tourism purposes. Applicants must be outside Australia.

    • Sponsored Family stream - requires applicant to be sponsored by an eligible family member who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident. Generally allows a stay of 3 months. Must be outside Australia to apply.

Subclass 462 Work and Holiday & Subclass 417 Working Holiday visas: allow young adults to visit Australia for 12 months to travel and work, with the option to apply for a second and third visa (conditional upon meeting the work requirement).

  • Subclass 870 Sponsored Parent visa: a temporary visa allowing the parent of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to stay in Australia for a period of 3 or 5 years. Further 870 visas can be applied for, however the maximum amount of time spent in Australia cannot exceed 10 years. No work is allowed on this visa. The advantage of applying for this visa as opposed to other Parent visa subclasses is that processing times are much less.

Subclass 103 Parent visa: for applicants who have a child who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. Applications can be made in or outside Australia. Holders of this visa can remain in Australia indefinitely, get Medicare, travel in and out of Australia for 5 years from grant, and sponsor other family members to apply for Australian visas. A major drawback of this and other family visas is the cost and the lengthy processing times.

*We can assist you with other subclasses of Parent visa depending on your circumstances and needs.

  • Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate visa: a temporary visa that allows you to live and work in Australia after you have completed your studies. Applicants must meet the study requirement, holding an eligible qualification that took at least 2 years to complete. There are two streams: the Post-Vocational Education Work stream, and the Post-Higher Education Work stream. A second visa is possible for holders of a visa in the Post-Higher Education Work stream who graduated from a regional educational institution, and live in a regional area.
